1. Mandatory "Unboxing Video" Requirement – Signature Constitutes Acceptance of Intact Delivery
Policy statement: "If you notice that the outer shipping carton is crushed, damaged, or has signs of resealing tape, you must open the package in the presence of the courier and record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video. Please note: if only photos are provided without an accompanying unboxing video, we will be unable to determine whether the damage occurred during transit or was caused by mishandling after delivery. As a result, any compensation claim will not be approved."
2. Disclaimer for Clumping/Melting Caused by Extreme Temperatures
The electrolyte powder contains organic acids, which may clump due to heat exposure during long-haul summer ocean freight or aircraft cargo holds. The policy must include: "Our products may experience minor clumping or physical changes during shipping in environments exceeding 40°C (104°F). This is a physical change caused by force majeure conditions beyond our control. It does not affect the trace element content or dissolution performance, and is therefore not considered a product defect. Claims related to such conditions will not be eligible for compensation."
